Test methods by reproducing the conditions of the environment for a period of time in the limited space to assess the status of the sample changing over a long period of time in a short period of time
(KS M 5982)
Salt Water Resistance Test
It relates to a salt water test of the specimen to find out that the coating film changes to some extent coated on the glass against the action of the saline method . Must observe the Edge Corrosion
Water Resistance Test
Test methods in the state of the sample changes over a long time by reproducing the conditions of the environment for a period of time in the limited space can be evaluated in a short time (refer to KS M 5982 )
Boiling Water Resistance Test
After immersed in boiling water (about 100 degrees ) over a period of time the test to find out the degree of change of the specimen. After the test should not be observed any change .
Variable Climate Test
At 20 ° for 2 hours after the test and then for 2 hours at 80 ° to find out the extent of the change. After the test should not be observed any change .
Acid Resistance Test
Specific gravity by using 5% of 1.19g / ml of HCL ( hydrochloric acid) test to find out the degree of change with respect to the action of an acid . Blistering or delamination of the coating after the test should be free .
Alkali Resistance Test
Test to find out the extent of the nature that does not change with respect to the action of an alkaline solution of 5% KOH . Blistering or delamination of the coating after the test should be free .
Detergent Resistance Test
After immersing the specimen in a solution of soap and the washing NA2CO3 used in the home for 6 hours to find out the degree of change in the test. ㅁAfter the test blistering or delamination of the coating should be free.
After coating film left behind a square by using Cross-cut when attach a high adhesive tape and remove it, the eliminated surface area of the coating film must be less than or equal to 10% of the total surface area.
